Each year an Arts Week is held during which specialist workshops in subjects such as textiles, painting, collage, poetry, music workshops, dance and drama are held by visiting professionals. An equally exciting Science Week is also held annually in which Senior School staff and A Level science pupils play a major role.
Visits and visitors connected to the termly projects that all classes follow together add interest to the children's learning. Last year, visitors to the Pre-Prep included a beekeeper, an endocrinologist, a guide dog with his owner, an author, a professional violinist, the conductor of a Gospel Choir, a storyteller, a batik artist and a wildlife photographer to name but a few.
Each class visits at least one place of interest each term and during the last year these have included Kenwood House, The Wetlands Centre, Whipsnade Wild Animal Park, the Wallace Collection, the Unicorn Theatre, the Tower of London, Highgate Woods, the National Gallery, the Little Angel Puppet Theatre and London Zoo.
