How to Talk to Teenage Girls
ON 23 FEBRUARY HIGHGATE WOMEN ORGANISED A Q&A WITH VIVIENNE DURHAM ON HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH TEENAGE GIRLS.
The way we interact with our teenage children and the words we use can have a large impact on whether they will feel comfortable enough talking to us about the issues they will inevitably face during their teenage years. In order to share some tips with parents, Highgate Women organised a Q&A event on how to communicate with teenage girls, featuring Vivienne Durham, former Head of Francis Holland School (Regent's Park) and Director of Schools Advisory at Enjoy Education, and Barbara Pettitt, Highgate MFL teacher, on Thursday 23 February.
We were so pleased to see so many parents, OCs and friends of the School at the event, and were inspired by the insightful questions and conversation, which helped to make the evening such a success. Highgate Women is all about celebrating the diversity of our community, and creating opportunities for OCs, parents, pupils and staff to meet and engage with each other on a professional and social level
