Charity Week at the Junior School

The Junior School had another hugely successful Charity Week between 8-12 February. Pupils in Years 3-6 succeeded in raising over £4,500 for Breast Cancer Campaign, our nominated charity for the current academic year.

The multitude of fundraising events included the following: treasure-hunt, bake-sale, staff match-maker quiz, writing and drawing competition, knock-a-can-down, penalty shoot-out, mass dance event, raffle, mini-golf, film viewing, junior concert, apple-bobbing, tug of war and bring and buy sale.

Pupils across the Junior School have shown their strong commitment towards developing caring attitudes and an interest in the welfare of others. Thank you to Fiona Lewis for coordinating the event with such dedication.  VN
