Chemistry Olympiad

This year a number of pupils performed exceptionally well in the Chemistry Olympiad which is organised by the Royal Society of Chemistry. David Joseph achieved a Gold Award (only our second ever) which is presented to only the very best pupils across the country. Rui-Yang Ang and Bethea Hanson-Jones gained Silver Awards with strong performances. Three pupils in Year 12 also gained Silver Awards (Max Jamilly, Alex Robertson and Hugh Lindsey), even though the competition is aimed at Year 13 pupils.     KSB
