Creative Fortnight

A fortnight was dedicated to further enhancing the children’s creative writing skills in the Junior School between 18–29 January.

As well as emphasizing many useful ideas and techniques to help with progression in their writing and aiming towards publication, the children were encouraged to share their own work in progress and receive feedback from their peers, for the purposes of reader evaluation.

The children across the Junior School relished the challenge of dressing up as one of their favourite book characters, inspiring many avid readers to take part.

Thank you to Mrs Dunne for the extensive planning and thorough delivery of the above events.  VN
