Kenwood Visit

On Thursday 1 October, Year 5 visited Kenwood House as part of their ‘History of the Victorians’ course.

The students participated in a discovery tour on ‘Feeding a Victorian household’. In Victorian times, this grand house got much of its food from the farm in its own grounds. The children learnt about the farm and the dairy in a fun and hands-on session and went behind scenes in the dairy, which is not normally open to visitors.
