Picnic Day

A new initiative was met with huge anticipation on behalf of the pupils when they were taken to Hampstead Heath on Friday 25 June to enjoy an afternoon picnic with their peers, parents and staff - on the picturesque site beside Kenwood House.

It was great to see the Junior School come together for an informal gathering on a glorious day with the sun blazing down. The variety of non-competitive games run by the PE and Games Department only added to the success of the afternoon and pupils as well as staff and parents joined in the fun.

The picnic was a perfect antidote to a busy end-of-term period, preceding a much-needed and well-earned break from exams and general school work. Thanks to Mr Hyslop for coordinating the event. VN
