Synagogue Visit

Taking advantage of local resources is increasingly at the forefront of the Junior School’s vision for learning, so the Year 4 trip to Highgate Synagogue proved valuable not only in teaching them about Judaism but also about their local community.

The whole year group was accommodated by the local Rabbi, who showed them around the synagogue, explaining religious observance as well as allowing the pupils to handle associated paraphernalia. VN
