Y4 Christmas Plays

Year 4 pupils put on an inspiring performance for their parents and staff with a medley of Christmas productions in Dyne House.

4W and 4B opened the night with their take on the true meaning of Christmas in The Bossy Christmas Fairy. This endearing play teaches the pupils about the tradition of Christmas decorations and sends out the message that being bossy and judging objects by their appearance are not laudable qualities. The eponymous fairy and her main ally, the Christmas Star, only allow the spotless and prettiest of decorations to go on the tree. In the end, they both learn a valuable lesson about not being judgemental.

4D and 4S performed The Donkey Seller who finds life boring as nobody passes his way and he is unable to sell his donkeys. Soon, travellers begin to stop by as they make their way to Bethlehem, needing a donkey. One by one, they all make their way to Bethlehem and learn more about their customers on that very special night.

Thanks to the Year 4 team for putting on such an enjoyable series of performances.  VN
