Year 5 pupils visited Epping Forest as part of their Geography curriculum in Humanities. The trip engaged the children in a variety of investigative activities linking to their current topic on Rivers.
Pupils had the opportunity to develop hands-on, practical skills such as measuring the width, depth and speed of flow of a nearby river and exploring the effects of erosion on the river bank.
