TUITION FEES

The fees include tuition, the use of books, stationery, compulsory field work and day visits which take place in curricular time.

The following figures are inclusive of VAT:

Senior SchoolYears 7-13:£10,929 per term
Junior SchoolYears 3-6:£10,011 per term
Pre-Preparatory SchoolReception to Year 2:£9,453 per term

There is an obligatory termly lunch charge, which is not subject to VAT, of £369 per term.

  • APPLICATION FEES

    There is a standard application fee of £210 (including VAT), for all entry points.

    For entrance tests that are taken abroad – by agreement with the Admissions Office – there is a £420 fee (including VAT).

    A registration deposit is payable on the acceptance of a place and will be retained until the pupil leaves the school. For Pre-Prep, Junior School and Senior School entry, the deposit is £4000. At Sixth Form, there is a deposit of £5,000.

  • EXAMINATIONS

    The costs associated with sitting and administering public examinations is charged as a supplemental item and will depend on the fees levied by the relevant examination boards. More detail is available on request. These are not subject to VAT.

  • INDIVIDUAL MUSIC LESSONS

    The cost of music lessons, which include VAT, are as follows:

    35 minutes: £45.24
    50 minutes: £64.68
    Pre-Prep 30 minutes: £38.76

    Instrument hire: Hire of school instruments is competitively priced according to each instrument (please enquire about availability and costs, if required.)
    Lessons are billed pro rata in arrears. Half a term’s notice (five academic weeks) is required to cancel lessons. 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a specific lesson.

Bursaries

Each year, we can offer several fee-assisted places to academically gifted children in our local community. Bursaries can help transform a child’s experience of learning and greatly increase the opportunities available to them in adulthood.
