Interviews

A significant proportion of our candidates are invited back for the second stage of assessment in January which consists of a group interview and taster lesson(s).

This allows us to get to know your child further and also enables them to learn more about life at our school.

Offers

Our offers are sent out in early February.

Should your child be in the position of receiving several offers from different schools, or you would like to ask further questions, there is an event for offer holder families held at school in late February.

The deadline to accept or decline an offer must be received by early March, with a deposit payable on accepting a place. We are always delighted to hear from you before the deadline!

Welcome events

We understand that moving to a new school is a major change for young people. Our Head of Lower School, Head of Year 7 and team of experienced teachers ensure this transition is as smooth as possible through a variety of events for new pupils joining the school in September.

Pupils and their families are invited to an informal welcome event at school in June and all Year 7 pupils visit an activity centre for a day of team-building and group activities in August, to assist with the formation of friendships and getting to know their new teachers before school starts.
