Congratulations to the Senior Girls Cross Country Team, who finished 3rd overall in the ESAA Cross Country Cup National Finals.
Widely recognised as the most anticipated winter event for athletes, the Cross-Country Championships brings together the best athletes from the 46 counties across England to compete for the honour of being the best in the country.
Lauren (Y13) led the way for the Senior Girls team with a 5th place (14:51) finish overall, helping the team amount to a total of 126 points as they attacked the 3800m course. Gaia (32nd), Izzy (41st), Millie (48th) and Amaya (60th) finished strongly to earn the girls an overall 3rd place finish.
The team put together an outstanding performance to achieve this memorable result, well done!
