June Half-Term 2012 Courses

Mallinson Sports Centre has been running well-established Children's holiday courses for 20 years. All courses take place within the vast grounds of Highgate School with the use of excellent facilities. Bookings for the June 2012 half-term holiday (6-8 June) are now open. Main Sports Hall

Available for hire. Used extensively for children's after-school activities and sports courses. £80.00 per hour for one off bookings or a block booking of 10 consecutive weeks can be arranged at a cost of £73.00 per hour. Subject to availability. (Nil VAT)

Mezzanine Sports Hall

Available for hire. Used for Bouncy Castle Parties, Adult Fitness Classes and Children’s Courses. One off bookings are at a cost of £60.00 per hour, or a block booking of 10 consecutive weeks can be arranged at a cost of £57.50 per hour. Subject to availability. (Nil VAT)

Swimming Pool

MSC swimming pool is 25m x 12.5m, with a depth range of 0.9m at shallow end to 3.5m at deep end. The pool is open for Family Swimming on Sunday mornings between 9.00am-12noon - £3.90 per adult and £2.70 per child. Children under the age of 4 should be accompanied by a responsible person on a one to one basis. Children aged between 4-7 should be accompanied by a responsible person on a maximum two to one basis. Swimming lessons and squad training available via Camden Swiss Cottage Swimming Club (tel: 020 7974 5440). Early Morning Swimming for adults only (16+) is available on weekday mornings 6.30-7.45am. Annual membership is £280.00 or an 11 week pass costs £98.00. Parents Swimming Club: exclusive use of the pool Sunday afternoons between 3.00-4.00pm (membership required).
Cholmeleian Swimming Club: exclusive use of the pool Sunday afternoons 1.30-2.30pm (membership required)
Parents Swimming Club: exclusive use of the pool Sunday afternoons 3.00-4.00pm (membership required)

Weights Suite

The Weights Suite is available weekday evenings between 6.00-10.00pm Monday to Thursday, 6.00-8.00pm Friday and weekends between 9.00am-6.00pm. An 11 week pass may be purchased for £98.00 or an annual pass at £280.00. An Induction must be booked before you join the Weights Suite. Please phone 020 8342 7272 to book a slot.

Outside Facilities

Tennis Courts are available from April to August. Please ask at reception for timings and prices.

Squash Courts

The Squash Courts are available Monday to Thursday from 6.00-9.45pm, Fridays 6.00-8.15pm and weekends 9.00am-6.00pm. Annual membership is available at £78.00. Light tokens are charged at £3.10 for 45 minutes. A member may bring a non-member to play at an extra charge of £2.30 per visit.

Birthday Party packages

We provide excellent facilities and our enthusiastic, qualified staff ensure children's parties are a great success. Choose from Bouncy Castle, Sports, or Sports & Swimming parties. Children aged between 8-15yrs can enjoy exclusive use of the main sports hall and our 25metre pool, fully supervised by qualified, trained Activity Leaders. Children aged between 5-7yrs can enjoy a Bouncy Castle Party with supervised fun and games. The Social Room is available for party food. Time slots and prices upon application.

Social Room

The Social Room is available for hire for meetings and classes. Prices upon application.

Adult Fitness

Combination passes are available (Pool/Weights Suite/Squash). Fitness classes and clubs include Tang Soo Do Martial Art, Zumba (aerobics) and Circuit classes.

Children's Term Time Sports Programmes

A offer a great variety of courses after school and at weekends. Choose from Basketball (6+ yrs), Indoor Football (4-13yrs), Trampolining (5-12yrs), Karate (7-15yrs), Gymnastics (4-10yrs), Ballet (3+yrs), Netball (U11 and U13), plus Dance (9+yrs). Term dates, prices and enrolment details upon request. Programmes vary from term to term.

Children's Holiday Courses

Courses include Multi Activity, Cricket, Football, Art, Tennis, Dance, Musical Theatre, Design & Technology and Music and are available during School holidays and half terms for ages 5 up to 14 years. All take place within Highgate School grounds with experienced, qualified staff. Early Riser and Afternoon Club options are available for working parents, and a hot lunch is taken in the School dining hall. Courses are seasonal. Dates and prices upon application.

Camden Swiss Cottage Swimming Club
